This Cookie Policy explains what Vincdata Technologies Inc. ("Vincdata", "we") stores in your browser when you use vincdata.ca, why, and how to change your choice. It is written from the site's own code, so the names below are the real ones. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; local storage is a similar per-site store that only this site can read. Neither one lets other websites see what you do here.
Your choice
On your first visit a banner asks you to Accept All or Reject All. Nothing optional loads until you accept: the analytics scripts below are only added to the page when your saved choice says yes. If you reject, they are never loaded.
Your answer is saved in your browser under cookie-consent (necessary: always on; analytics: your choice; marketing: your choice, and we set no marketing cookies today).
Changing your mind: the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page re-opens the banner, and your new answer replaces the old one at once. Clearing this site's data in your browser has the same effect.
Strictly necessary (no consent needed)
These make the site work: they keep you signed in, protect your account, and remember your cookie choice and interface settings. They cannot be switched off from the banner because the site would not function without them.

Opening animation. We store a single flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays once rather than on every page. It contains no identifier, is never sent to us, and disappears when you close the tab.
Analytics (only after you accept)
If you accept, the page loads Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights from Vercel Inc. (United States), our hosting provider. They report which pages are viewed, the referring site, country and device class, and how fast pages load. They are cookieless: they set no cookies, keep no identifier that lasts beyond the day, and do not follow you to other websites.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, social-media pixels or any other tracking on this site.
Payments (Paddle)
Vincoder subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as merchant of record. Paddle's script loads only on the payment page (vincdata.ca/pay), where you add a payment method; it is not loaded anywhere else on the site, including the Vincoder and Pricing pages. Paddle may set its own cookies when its script loads, for the payment session and fraud prevention. They are governed by Paddle's privacy policy, not by your analytics choice here.

Please note: blocking the necessary cookies signs you out and stops the chat and dashboard pages from working. Blocking analytics changes nothing you can see.
Updates to this policy
When the site starts or stops storing something, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. If a change would load something new before you accept, the banner asks again.
