AI software, built for your operation
We build software for the jobs no product covers. Tell us what your operation does by hand, and we will tell you whether it is worth building. Energy first, run on our servers in Alberta or on your own.
Free first conversation. A written quote within 5 business days, with a fixed price for the scope we agree.
Example — not a live screen.
Who it is for: Operations in demanding sectors that depend on getting things right. We are starting with the energy industry, with more industries on the way.
What we build
What you get
Three kinds of work, and where your data goes.
Work that should be automatic
Someone on your team does the same thing every week because no tool does it. We build the tool: one job, fitted to how your crews already work.
Information nobody can find
A drawing, the spec that governs it and the photo from the field, understood as one thing rather than three separate uploads.
Our own product for this is QcHelper.
AI that runs on your machines
Some work belongs on the machine it happens on, some on a server inside your own network, and some on ours in Alberta. We build for all three.
Where your data goes
We run our AI in-house, on hardware we own in Alberta — what you send is analysed there, and not by a third-party AI provider. It reaches those servers through Vercel, who run this site and its server code in Montréal; requests to our AI and download services also pass through Cloudflare. Both decrypt that traffic at their edge to pass it on, neither uses it for its own purposes, and Cloudflare does not store your conversations. Accounts run on Supabase in Montréal, billing on Paddle, email through Resend, and Upstash briefly receives your IP address to count requests and block automated abuse. That is the whole list, and it is written down in our privacy policy.
This list covers our website and the services behind it; what each app connects to is listed in its privacy policy. For a custom build, where your data goes is agreed in the quote, and it can stay entirely on your own network.

Example of what we build
Example: field tickets → cost sheet
A demo we built on fictional data to show the kind of work we do. It is not a product you can buy.
Six fictional, messy oilfield field tickets go to an open-weights AI model (Qwen) running on our own server in Alberta. In this run it reads them in about 42 seconds, shown on screen in real time.
Every line on the cost sheet links back to the exact ticket and row it came from, and the totals roll up by AFE.
The checks flag what a person must confirm: a math error, a duplicate ticket, an off-list rate and a stain-covered hours field. In this run, the model left the stained field blank instead of guessing it.
The clicks are scripted so the run can be repeated. Nothing in the recording is cut or sped up.
How it works
Talk. A free first conversation, on site or remote. Tell us what is slowing your operation down.
Written quote. Within 5 business days: the scope, a fixed price and a timeline. No surprises.
Build. You get a working version early and test it on your real work while we refine it.
Launch and support. It runs on our servers in Alberta, on your servers, or on your own machines. If you want, we keep it running and improve it after launch.
Proof
What we've built
The fastest way to judge a software team is to look at what they have shipped. Here is ours.
QcHelper (opens in a new tab)
Our desktop AI assistant for construction and industrial quality control, built to cite the source document it used. Invite-only private beta.
Vincoder
A Windows assistant that runs its AI model on your own PC — no cloud inference. It picks a model for your machine: the full model on a big graphics card, a lighter one on smaller cards, and a smaller one on the processor alone. In early access.
Our own servers, in Alberta
We run our own inference servers rather than renting third-party APIs. When it runs on our servers, your work is processed on our hardware in Alberta, not by a third-party AI provider.
Registered on CanadaBuys
Vincdata Technologies Inc. is registered as a supplier on CanadaBuys, the Government of Canada's supplier registration system. Registration is open to any business and does not imply any contract with or endorsement by the Government of Canada.

A short conversation costs nothing and usually tells us both whether there is something worth building. If there is, we will say so. If there isn't, we will say that too.

Frequently asked questions
Software for the jobs no product covers. Work that should be automatic, information nobody can find, and AI that runs where you choose: on our servers in Alberta, on your servers, or on your own machines.
Yes. It is the core of what we do. We start with the problem and build around how your operation actually works, and it runs on our servers in Alberta, on your servers, or on your own machines.
That depends on where your build runs. On our servers, what you send and the AI processing stay on our own hardware in Alberta and are not sent to a third-party AI provider; accounts and billing use named providers, listed in our privacy policy. On your servers or your own machines, it can stay entirely on your own network. Either way, where your data goes is written down in the quote so your IT team can read it.
AI we run in-house on hardware we own rather than rented from third-party APIs — so capability, cost, privacy, and reliability stay in our control.
